Salon Policy

_Protect Your Right _

Our policy is to protect your right and guarantee your satisfaction with the services that we provided. It will not affect your rights under the quality service as efficiently as possible, you need to:

01: Ask for the service which you would like to have.

02: Inform our staff if you are allergic to any chemicals or substances before receiving any service.

03: Whilst receiving any service, please provide our staff with your feedback and/ or comments on their services so our staff can satisfy your requirements straight away.

04: Inform the staff/ salon manager immediately if you have any concern relating to the salon, the staff, any service.

05: Inform the staff/ salon manager immediately if you have any concern that you have any infection or any other abnormal reaction or condition with respect to your nails.

06: Children under 7 years old should be accompanied by an adult at all the times. We will not take any responsibility if any accident happens to your child/ children during your treatment at our salon.

07: No food should be consumed during your treatment.

Guarantee

Please remember, nails are jewels, not tools. Be kind to your nails and they will look beautiful for weeks after your service.

01: Traditional polish services are not guaranteed.

02: Enhancements and gel polish manicures are guaranteed for 48 hours days after your appointment. If you lose an enhancement or notice chips or lifting within 48 hours, please call us to schedule a free repair.

03: You must arrange an appointment to have your nails fixed within 5 days after your initial service.

04: Repairs after 3 days or for breakages, tears, and corner breaks will be charged.

05: We will not be responsible for any broken or infected nails.

Refund

No cash refunds will be given after you leave the salon. as soon as you walk out of the salon that means you have accepted and are happy with the service provided to your nails.

01: If you are not happy with your nails, please make us aware of it before you pay. We will adjust them to your satisfaction or remove any enhancements or coatings that have been applied.

02: No refund will be given because you have simply changed your mind.

03: We will correct any service at no cost to your provided that you tell us immediately after we have performed the service that you are unhappy with the quality of the work. If you are still not happy after we fixed your nails and request the refund, then you have to go through our customer/ complaint procedure by writing to us, state the reasons of your unsatisfied after we redid your nails and provide a, photo of the evidence of the nails that were fixed by us.

04: If refund is accepted, it will be bank transfer within 30 days into your provide bank details.

3. I acknowledge that information about treatment reactions and sensitivities has been provided through informational leaflets or by the salon's technicians. I accept the potential risks, including swelling, irritation, and redness.

4. In the event of any adverse reactions, I agree to return to the salon for professional product removal and not attempt removal on my own. If symptoms persist, seeking medical attention is my responsibility.

5. I expressly absolve the technician/salon from any responsibility in the case of reactions, including those listed above or any other unforeseen reactions.

6. By scheduling an appointment with Ivy Nails, I automatically grant consent for nail and treatment services for myself and my children under 18 years old.

7. I understand the obligation to inform Ivy Nails about any medical conditions, mental health concerns, diabetes, fungal infections, allergies, bruises, or any other relevant issues before the commencement of services.

8. Acknowledging that extending my natural nails significantly beyond their bed length may impact their structural integrity, I understand the potential consequences, such as breakage, peeling, and lifting. In such cases, I absolve Nail technicians and the Salon of any responsibility.

9. I affirm that I am in good overall health and mental clarity to comprehend the contents of this disclaimer.

Scheduled Arrival and Appointment Punctuality

To enhance your overall experience, we kindly request clients to arrive 10 minutes ahead of their scheduled appointments. This allows ample time for check-in, restroom use, and selection from our extensive array of available colours. As a gesture of consideration for all our clients, we strictly adhere to a punctual appointment schedule. Please note that tardy arrivals may result in the forfeiture of the appointment, and any delayed treatments will be appropriately abbreviated to accommodate the next scheduled client.

Cancellation Policy

At Ivy Nails, we enforce a 24-hour cancellation policy for all appointments, regardless of booking method. Cancellations or rescheduling are accommodated with at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to notify within this timeframe results in a loss of the appointment.

Clients arriving more than ten minutes late risk losing their appointment. Late arrivals may lead to an incomplete treatment, with the client still charged the agreed-upon full value.

Repeated no-shows and cancellations may impact future appointments.

Minors and Students Policy

For individuals under 18 years old, parental consent is required through a signed consent form for any treatments.

While we welcome all students, our discounts are applicable exclusively to students under the age of 18, as individuals beyond this age range are presumed to have established careers and employment.

Consent Forms

Clients are required to complete a consent form every six months, as mandated by our insurance company. This practice is essential for your safety.

Treatment Bundles

Payment for all treatments within a bundle is due in full at the time of purchase. Treatment bundles are non-refundable and non-transferable between accounts. Redemption of all treatments within a bundle must occur within 6 months of the purchase date; any unused treatments after this period will be forfeited. Expired treatment bundles will not be extended.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months. Ivy Nails assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers. Gift vouchers are non-exchangeable for cash or other vouchers. While no change will be given, any remaining balance will remain on the voucher until its expiry date.

Lost Property

Clients are advised to take care of their belongings while at Ivy Nails, as we cannot assume responsibility for any lost or damaged items.

Nail Aftercare Service

Should you experience chipped nails within 5 days for gel polish, please report it with a photo to our email, Facebook page, or Instagram page. We will provide a free touch-up on the affected nails within 5 days. A small fee will be charged for issues reported outside this period.

Privacy

Your privacy is of utmost importance to us, and we are dedicated to upholding the confidentiality of any personal information collected. We do not share your personal information with third-party organizations and adhere to the principles of UK data protection legislation.

Refund Policy

All purchases are final, and exchanges or refunds are not possible.
